Please read over our policies before making your booking.

• Cancellations and/or reduction of nights with less than 48 hours notice will result in the first night’s accommodation being charged.
• Group bookings –  Cancellations and/or reduction of nights made up to 30 days before the booked date incur no charges. Thereafter, the deposit may be retained.
• Fitzherbert Castle Motel does not accept bookings from teams.
• No-shows will result in the first night’s accommodation being charged.
• Check-in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival.  Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure.  Early or late check-in/check-out is by arrangement only.   Please contact us to advise of your requirements should you need to arrive early or depart late.
• Upon booking, a valid credit card number and expiry date must be provided – 48 hours prior to arrival your credit card may be pre-authorised for the amount equivalent to the first night’s accommodation charge. Payment for all accommodation must be made in full on the day of check-in (if not already done so) unless alternative arrangements have been made.
• ID will be required to be shown on arrival – if you do not have acceptable ID we have the right to refuse your accommodation.
• If payment is to be made in cash – a valid credit card/debit card will need to be used as security – this will be pre-authorized (if not already done so) for the amount equivalent to the first night’s accommodation charge for any incidentals.
• Luggage storage is available.
• All units at Fitzherbert Castle Motel are designated non-smoking.
